DescriptionApt Resources is seeking a Tagalog speaking Receptionist to join our clients prestigious multinational trading this role you will be the welcoming face of the office responsible for managing visitor interactions handling phone calls and performing various administrative duties.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanorAnswer and direct incoming calls in Tagalog providing information and assistance as requiredManage scheduling and appointments for team membersMaintain an organized and tidy reception areaHandle incoming and outgoing mail and packagesAssist with administrative tasks including data entry and filing company documentsProvide support to other departments as neededRequirementsFluent in Tagalog (both spoken and written)Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customerfacing roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environmentPositive attitude and professional appearanceMust be currently in UAEBenefitsAED 7k to 10k depending on experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
