Systems Engineer - Saudi

Asa System Engineer at DataPatrol, you will play a pivotal role in our PreSales,PostSales, and support efforts. You will work closely with our sales andtechnical teams to understand client requirements, design DataPatrol solutions,and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a technical role that requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologiesand a customer-centric approach.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales teamto identify customer needs and technical requirements.Develop and present technicalsolutions and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners.Assist in creating detailedproposals, technical documentation, and BoQ's.Serve as a technical advisorduring client meetings and presentations.Lead the implementation ofDataPatrol solution, including system setup, configuration, andintegration.Work closely with clients toensure successful deployment and provide technical guidance.Troubleshoot and resolve anytechnical issues that may arise during implementation.Conduct training sessions forclients to ensure effective use of our solutions.Customer SupportServe as the primary point ofcontact for technical support inquiries from clients.Provide timely and effectiveresolution of technical issues and escalations.Collaborate with the supportteam to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems.Maintain accurate records ofsupport interactions and solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latestcybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.Continuously enhance yourtechnical expertise and knowledge of our product offerings.Share insights and bestpractices with the team to improve overall capabilities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in ComputerEngineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalentwork experience).Proven experience in systemengineering, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.Strong understandingof cybersecurity technologies, including Data andInformation Security and Privacy, Windows Domain Controller and ActiveDirectory, Microsoft Infrastructure, Virtualization Technologies, DataBaseServer Management and installation, Windows Internet Information ServicesIIS.Excellent problem-solving andtroubleshooting skills.Effective communication andpresentation abilities.Ability to work collaborativelyin a team and independently.Relevant certifications (e.g.,CISSP, CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker) are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
