They play a key role in environmental sustainability and are actively shaping the transport systems of tomorrow.Job Title -Transportation Systems Engineer (Testing & Commissioning)Location - Riyadh, KSASalary - SAR 45,000 to SAR 50,000 + other allowancesResponsibilities:Oversee all testing & commissioning activities, including FAT, SAT, subsystem tests, integration testing, dynamic tests, system demonstrations, and trial running, ensuring full compliance with project requirementsReview and validate testing plans, procedures, specifications, and commissioning documentation submitted by the ContractorMonitor performance of all transit systems during testing phases, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and RAMS requirementsCoordinate interface testing across signalling/ATC, telecoms, rolling stock, power supply, PSDs, depot equipment, SCADA, fire/life‑safety systems, and station subsystems.Participate in inspections, NCR management, and verification activities to ensure all system defects, non‑conformities, and integration issues are properly addressed and closed.Confirm readiness of systems for trial operation, including emergency scenarios, degraded modes, evacuation procedures, and safety‑critical behaviourSupport operational readiness with Employer and O&M teams, ensuring alignment with procedures, maintenance concepts, and training requirementsProduce detailed reports, test logs, verification records, risk assessments, and commissioning progress updates.Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Railway Engineering, with 15+ years of experience.Extensive background in testing & commissioning metro systems including signaling, rolling stock, telecoms, SCADA, traction power, PSDs, and station systems.Strong understanding of system integration, dynamic testing, UTO principles, RAMS validation, and safety verification.Proven capability to review test documentation, commissioning plans, NCRs, V&V outputs, and performance data.Familiarity with safety standards (EN 50126/50129, NFPA 130), SIL classifications, and system assurance principles.Strong analytical skills to identify issues, validate performance, and recommend corrective actions.Excellent communication and coordination skills across stakeholdersUpload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.#J-18808-Ljbffr
