<div><p>Date: Mar 27, 2026</p><p>Location: Dubai, AE</p><p>Company: COMPUTER DIRECT ACCESS (L.L.C.)</p><p>Req ID: 3189</p><h3>Job Title</h3><p>Systems Engineer</p><h3>Job Scope</h3><p>The Systems Engineer is accountable to build, maintain and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure and operating systems coordinating with internal stakeholders on the assessment, design and upgrades.</p><h3>Main Duties And Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Install, configure, upgrade, migrate and support the IT platforms and systems</li><li>Test operating systems, application software and system management tools</li><li>Implement new infrastructure projects, establish networking rules and troubleshoot network errors and other issues</li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess, design and/or upgrade systems determining issues and room for improvements</li><li>Assist in the planning and implementation of system automations for optimization and efficiency</li><li>Assist in the development of customized software and hardware requirements</li><li>Work with end users and provide IT support when required</li><li>Monitor the security system in place to maintain data safety</li></ul><h3>Position Requirements</h3><h3>Education</h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field</p><h3>Experience</h3><p>At least 3 years of relevant experience</p><p>Must have experience in solution design, covering both pre-sales and post-sales activities, with no implementation experience required.
