ResponsibilitiesSystem engineers should be familiar with a variety of operating systems, including Windows, LinuxExperience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-VFamiliar with storage technologies, such as SAN, NAS, and RAIDDesign and implement backup and recovery solutionsManage different systems such TAS, ACS, CCTV and IOTCan handle M365 subscription and manage users licensesAbility to monitor M365 activities and logsManaging all software copies and licenses and transferring them to the Clients infrastructure teamDocumenting all servers, software, and licenses in Clients's asset management systemEducation and ExperienceBachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience as a Systems engineer.Tasks and Job RoleManage Private-Cloud and Azure cloud workloadsImplement and Monitor Backups to ensure that all Clients services have secure backup with availabilityManage M365 subscription, handling licenses and users activitiesManage Facilities systems such as TAS, ACS, CCTV, Video Wall systems and etc.Managing Active Directory and its audit tasks.Generating reports for users activities and taking actions such as Disabling inactive users, and removing licenses from inactive usersConfiguring and deploying Patch Management via SCCM & ECM
