System Training & Implementation

JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated System Training & Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs related to system implementations across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful adoption and usage of new systems, providing hands‑on training and support to end‑users.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver comprehensive training materials and programs for new system implementationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system functionality and training needsConduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to different user groupsProvide ongoing support and guidance to users during and after system deploymentEvaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed to ensure clarity and user engagementAssist in the development of implementation plans and timelines in coordination with project teamsIdentify areas for improvement in training delivery and system adoption, suggesting enhancements to optimize performanceMaintain documentation related to training programs, system guidelines, and user manualsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, or a related fieldProven 15 years of experience in system training, implementation, or a similar roleStrong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesExperience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools is a plusExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively across departments and independently manage training programsStrong problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with commonly used enterprise software systems is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
