They are currently seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales System Engineer to contribute to the success of their rapidly growing business.
As a Pre-Sales System Engineer at Fortinet, you will play an integral role in new business solution pitches, fostering long-term relationships to achieve enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet solutions and deliver meaningful results for all parties involved. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint during the pre-sales phase.
- Being the main technical resource on sales calls, answering and educating customers on issues ranging from features, specifications, and functionality to integration.
- Demonstrating expertise in networking applications and solutions.
- Acting as the lead technical contact for identified accounts post-sales, working closely with the technical support escalation team and engineering to address and resolve customer's technical issues.
Additionally, you will be expected to foster a collaborative, team-based environment, share best practices, and build lasting relationships while working effectively with Subject Matter Experts, Sales, and Technical Support Team.
Qualifications required for this position include:
- 8+ years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Network & Security.
- Strong understanding of SDWAN, SDN, Cloud Security, Virtualization, NFV, etc.
