System Engineer - IGNITE Trainee

We work with the energy of a start-up yet the discipline of a large business to make solutions and products work for our customers at scale.In this entry‑level role, graduate will be exposed to system engineering principles within SDR/Waveform development for defence applications. The engineer will assist senior team members with requirements management, interface coordination, and system documentation while learning system architecture and integration practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with requirements decomposition and allocation; help maintain requirements traceability matrices.Support interface definition activities and document technical interfaces between subsystems.Participate in trade studies and contribute data analysis for design decisions.Help coordinate cross-discipline engineering activities and prepare technical review materials.Learn system engineering processes and assist with system documentation and configuration management.Education and Minimum QualificationsBachelor degree in electrical engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.Basic understanding of system engineering concepts, requirements management, and RF/communications principles.Experience with defence systems or SDR technology is a plus.Key SkillsProblem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.Willingness to learn system engineering methodologies and defence industry standards.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
