System Analyst / Junior Project Manager (IT)

As a System Analyst / Junior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.Gather and analyze system requirements and provide recommendations for improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions are effectively integrated into projects.Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.Participate in project meetings, capturing essential information and follow-up actions.Help identify and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with technical teams for resolution.Conduct user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of IT systems.Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies to inform project strategies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.1-5 years of experience in IT project management or systems analysis.Understanding of project management methodologiesProficient in documenting system requirements and analyzing data.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.Willingness to learn and grow within the role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
