System / Computer EngineerCompetitive SalaryNotice period: Immediate joiners or maximum one month notice period.ResponsibilitiesMaintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, cloud infrastructure, SaaS solutions, software, and hardwarePerform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlesslyMonitor data center health using pre-existing management tools and respond to hardware/software issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as neededPerform routine/scheduled audits/health checks of the systems, including MS AD, Azure, Office 365, VMware, and backupsProblem solving skills and ability to think algorithmicallyMaintain internal infrastructure requirements including, servers, storage, virtualization, disaster recovery, and security updatesInstall and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processesProvide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades to IT infrastructurePerform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover proceduresResponsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performanceQualificationsLocation: Al Khobar, Saudi ArabiaYears of experience: 3 years in the same roleEducation: Bs.
