<div><h3>Sustainability Specialist – LEED&Mostadam</h3><p>QTC is seeking a motivated Sustainability Specialist to join our Sustainability and Environmental Division. The role is ideal for a professional with practical experience supporting LEED and Mostadam certification processes during design and construction phases of building projects.</p><p>The successful candidate will work closely with the Sustainability Department to support project documentation, compliance tracking, and sustainability reporting for ongoing developments.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the LEED and Mostadam certification process during design and construction stages.</li><li>Prepare sustainability documentation and reports required for certification submissions.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to implement sustainability requirements.</li><li>Assist in reviewing material submittals to ensure compliance with sustainable procurement criteria.</li><li>Support Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) and site sustainability compliance.</li><li>Maintain project documentation and track sustainability credits progress.</li><li>Participate in project meetings and assist in sustainability coordination with project teams.</li><li>Prepare sustainability progress reports and submission documentation.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Science.</li><li>Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sustainability consulting within building projects.</li><li>LEED AP certification and Mostadam accreditation are required.</li><li>Experience supporting LEED / Mostadam documentation and reporting.</li><li>Strong skills in report preparation, documentation management, and coordination with design teams.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation tools.</li><li>Applicants must currently be based in Saudi Arabia and able to transfer sponsorship (Iqama transfer).</li><li>Applications without LEED AP and Mostadam accreditation will not be considered.</li></ul><p>Please send your CV to the following email address.
