Sustainability Specialist – LEED & MostadamQTC is seeking a motivated Sustainability Specialist to join our Sustainability and Environmental Division. The role is ideal for a professional with practical experience supporting LEED and Mostadam certification processes during design and construction phases of building projects.The successful candidate will work closely with the Sustainability Department to support project documentation, compliance tracking, and sustainability reporting for ongoing developments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the LEED and Mostadam certification process during design and construction stages.Prepare sustainability documentation and reports required for certification submissions.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to implement sustainability requirements.Assist in reviewing material submittals to ensure compliance with sustainable procurement criteria.Support Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) and site sustainability compliance.Maintain project documentation and track sustainability credits progress.Participate in project meetings and assist in sustainability coordination with project teams.Prepare sustainability progress reports and submission documentation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Science.Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sustainability consulting within building projects.LEED AP certification and Mostadam accreditation are required.Experience supporting LEED / Mostadam documentation and reporting.Strong skills in report preparation, documentation management, and coordination with design teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation tools.Applicants must currently be based in Saudi Arabia and able to transfer sponsorship (Iqama transfer).Applications without LEED AP and Mostadam accreditation will not be considered.Please send your CV to the following email address.
