What You Will Do:Develop Collection and Recycling Programs: Focus primarily on creating and managing collection and recycling initiatives for post‑consumer beverage carton packages, either independently or in partnership with key stakeholders in the recycling value chain.Manage Local Recycling and Collection Projects: Oversee local recycling and collection programs, including investment projects. This involves preparing feasibility studies, business cases, and presenting proposals to senior management for approval.Drive KPI Achievement: Lead activities aimed at meeting defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for collection and recycling, which includes tracking the progress of collection, sorting, and recycling projects, as well as their installation, commissioning, and performance validation.Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local collection and recycling regulations and targets, with a particular emphasis on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and Deposit Return Systems (DRS).Accurate Reporting and Documentation: Maintain reliable accounting and reporting of collection and recycling rates, ensuring proper documentation in line with company reporting guidelines.Support Sustainability Transformation: Contribute to advancing sustainability initiatives in the market, providing feedback and assisting with Tetra Pak’s customer needs.Profile Description:We Believe You Have:A degree in Engineering, Environment, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred.At least 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, waste management, or recycling‑focused roles, ideally within the Food & Beverage industry.Fluency in English and Turkish, both spoken and written.Hands‑on experience in waste management, collection, sorting, and recycling processes.A strategic, forward‑thinking mindset with the capability to engage in both high‑level discussions with senior management and local stakeholders (including government representatives and policymakers), as well as on‑the‑ground operational tasks.Knowledge of waste management regulations, DRS, and EPR legislation schemes.Experience in advocacy, communication, and executing sustainability strategies is a plus.Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively and independently.A good understanding of financial principles is advantageous.Demonstrated proactiveness, drive, self‑motivation, and a focus on achieving results.An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.Excellent presentation skills, diplomacy, and tact in communication.Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.Skilled in stakeholder engagement at all levels, including collectors, waste pickers, recyclers, government officials, industry players, and corporate partners.#J-18808-Ljbffr
