Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.</p><p>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven<b>Survey Manager</b>to lead and manage surveying activities for our road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or Surveying Engineering from an accredited university.</li><li>20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Survey Manager, leading survey teams on complex infrastructure projects.</li><li>Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.</li><li>Strong proficiency in surveying equipment, including GPS, Total Station, and levelling instruments.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in surveying and design software, such as: Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk InfraWorks, Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity, ArcGIS.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee all surveying activities for road and bridge construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations to deliver accurate and reliable data for project planning.</li><li>Lead and manage a team of surveyors, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance while fostering a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Utilize advanced surveying technologies and software, such as GPS and CAD, to conduct precise measurements and create detailed project plans that meet client specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers and project managers to align surveying efforts with project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Conduct field surveys and inspections to assess project sites, identifying potential challenges and providing solutions to mitigate risks and enhance project outcomes.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed reports on surveying findings, including data analysis and recommendations, to stakeholders and clients to facilitate informed decision-making.</li><li>Ensure the maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment, implementing best practices for equipment management to guarantee optimal performance and accuracy.</li><li>Develop and implement surveying protocols and procedures that align with company policies and industry best practices, promoting a culture of safety and quality.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in surveying technology, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
