Supply manager vacancy in Jeddah Saudi ArabiaSupply Manager for a Leading Retail Company in Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaWe are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Manager to join our leading retail company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with a strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.As the Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing and purchasing to inventory management and distribution. You will work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and tracking product movements.To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers. You must also have a keen eye for detail and be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement within the supply chain process.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment- Analyze data to identify supply chain inefficiencies- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan accordingly- Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery- Create reports on supply chain performanceRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in the retail industry- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong negotiation skills- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions- Familiarity with inventory management software is preferredWe offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
