As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain and procurement processes for our company. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual with strong leadership skills and a background in supply management.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services- Source potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with key vendors- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstocking- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process- Train and manage a team of supply chain staff to ensure smooth operations- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in supply management techniquesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply management or procurement- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers- Experience using supply chain software (e.g. SAP, Oracle) preferred- Excellent communication and leadership abilities- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesPreferred Requirements:- Indian nationality preferred but not required.- Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.- Accommodation will be provided.- Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.We are an equal opportunity employer offering competitive salary packages.
