Supply chain support officer (stores & purchase)

Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Support Executive (Stores & Purchase) to manage our store operations, inventory control, stock movements, and purchasing activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate stock levels, and timely procurement to support our showroom, van-sales, and distribution operations.SkillsKey Responsibilities:Manage daily store and warehouse operationsHandle stock receiving, inspection, arrangement, and dispatchMaintain accurate records of stock in & stock outEnsure proper inventory control and documentationConduct regular stock taking (weekly/monthly/quarterly)Coordinate with operations and sales teams for stock requirementsManage purchasing of the goodsFollow proper FIFO, expiry tracking, and storage standardsMonitor minimum stock levels and support re-orderingEnsure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper organizationPrepare basic stock and purchase reports for managementEducation Requirement:Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field (Mandatory)
