Supply Chain Specialist

Job TitleSupply Chain SpecialistJob DescriptionResponsible for Supply Chain Management in KSA, including Imports/Exports, Customs Operations, Logistics & Transportation Coordination, Demand Planning, and support for RSA.Your role:Manage customs and export control processes for KSA & RSA, ensuring compliance and timely declarations.Coordinate logistics and transportation, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.Support demand planning through data analysis, forecasting, and alignment of demand and supply.Maintain trade compliance expertise, SAP master data, export classifications, and documentation.Audit service providers, ensure adherence to processes, and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, brokers, and local authorities to support business needs.Contribute to PDCA cycles, KPI tracking, and operational improvements.You're the right fit if:1. Experience4+ years in Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, Export/Import operations in KSA.Experience in META markets and Demand Planning.Background in logistics, transportation, and distribution.2. SkillsSupply Chain Management, Trade Compliance, ERP systems.Forecasting, RCA, data analysis.Transport planning, customs documentation, risk management.KPI, cost, and process improvement capabilities.3. EducationBachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Customs Administration, or equivalent vocational education.4. AdditionalFluent in English & Arabic.Motivation to grow across META and expand into other ISC/IWD functions.Strong alignment with Philips culture.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
