They work with international suppliers, multiple 3PL warehouses, and run frequent product launches.They are hiring a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to fully own demand planning, inventory decisions, production coordination, logistics, and operational execution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right products are ordered in the right quantities, priced competitively, delivered on time, and available for launches and promotions.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Planning & ForecastingAnalyze sales data and trends to forecast demandDetermine how many units to order per SKU, size, and marketPlan inventory levels to support launches, promotions, and peak periodsPrevent stockouts and overstock situationsWork with suppliers to understand product costingSupport competitive pricing decisions by factoring COGS, logistics, and marginsIdentify cost-saving opportunities across production and shippingSupply Chain & ProductionManage production timelines with suppliersTrack POs, samples, approvals, and bulk productionCoordinate quality control and ensure production accuracyReduce delays, errors, and reworkLogistics & WarehousingManage 3PL relationships in USA, Canada, and UAEHandle ASNs, inbound receiving, and discrepanciesResolve missing cartons, mis-receipts, and inventory issuesCoordinate air and sea freight schedulesInventory & SystemsMaintain accurate inventory across all warehousesOwn Shopify inventory operations, SKUs, and bundlesEnsure barcode accuracy and inventory syncingPrepare inventory for launches and promotionsOperations & ProcessCreate and maintain SOPs for supply chain and operationsImprove workflows and operational efficiencyCoordinate closely with customer service on returns and issuesProvide regular operations updates to managementRequirementsRequired Experience3–5+ years in supply chain, operations, or demand planningExperience in e-commerce and/or fashion retailStrong understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planningExperience working with 3PL warehousesComfortable managing multi-country operations (US, CA, UAE)Strong Excel / Google Sheets skillsDetail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solverInternational freight exposureExperience working with overseas manufacturers#J-18808-Ljbffr
