Supply Chain General Manager | Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Supply Chain General Manager for a prominent and leading retail company in Saudi Arabia, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business and operational goals.Oversee production planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.Lead procurement and sourcing activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.Manage supply chain logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution to support retail or manufacturing operations.Coordinate closely with production, sales, and commercial teams to align supply plans with market demand.Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure operational continuity and resilience.Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management within retail or manufacturing environments.At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or general management role.Proven hands-on experience in production planning, procurement, and supply chain logistics.Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Solid analytical skills with experience in supply chain performance monitoring and optimization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
