BUSINESS EXPERTISE (company/industry knowledge):Minimum 10-15 years overall experience with specific experience in a senior Management role in large multi-national complex ProjectProgramme management of diverse project teams and resolving complex project problems whilst managing customer expectationsAbility to influence at multi-levels within organisationsPeople leadership - growth & coaching experienceProcurement – understanding of frameworks (RFI, RFQ, SoR, SoP, SoW)Supply Chain knowledge and relationship management -e.g. inventory planning, demand forecastingExposure to Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and S&OP / IBP frameworksCommercial acumenFiscal understanding of areas influencing / impacting programmes – budget, obsolescence, inventory carry-costLCM experienceContributor to Lean green belt activities – Kaizen, APQPExposure to engineering activitiesKnowledge and experience of Business with KSA or Middle East and their culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
