Supply Chain Development Manager (m/f/d)

<div><h3>BUSINESS EXPERTISE (company/industry knowledge):</h3><ul><li>Minimum 10-15 years overall experience with specific experience in a senior Management role in large multi-national complex Project</li><li>Programme management of diverse project teams and resolving complex project problems whilst managing customer expectations</li><li>Ability to influence at multi-levels within organisations</li><li>People leadership - growth&coaching experience</li><li>Procurement – understanding of frameworks (RFI, RFQ, SoR, SoP, SoW)</li><li>Supply Chain knowledge and relationship management -e.g. inventory planning, demand forecasting</li><li>Exposure to Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and S&OP / IBP frameworks</li><li>Commercial acumen</li><li>Fiscal understanding of areas influencing / impacting programmes – budget, obsolescence, inventory carry-cost</li><li>LCM experience</li><li>Contributor to Lean green belt activities – Kaizen, APQP</li><li>Exposure to engineering activities</li><li>Knowledge and experience of Business with KSA or Middle East and their culture</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
