Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager

Our client is a modern lifestyle quick‑commerce platform expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia. They are seeking a Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager to ensure high product availability, accurate forecasting, and efficient replenishment across all categories.This role sits within the commercial team and is responsible for forecasting, inventory planning, supplier pipeline coordination, and reducing expiry while maintaining strong stock health across all locations.Key ResponsibilitiesForecasting & Demand PlanningBuild accurate SKU‑level forecasts based on trends, seasonality, and promotional plansMaintain rolling forecasts, identifying risks such as low stock or overstockInterface weekly with Commercial teams to update demand assumptionsRecommend order quantities balancing availability and expiry riskInventory Planning & ReplenishmentOwn replenishment strategy including min/max levels and safety stockEnsure strong coverage for fast movers and promotional SKUsMonitor daily availability and coordinate replenishmentsFlag slow movers and recommend clearance strategiesSupplier Pipeline & PO ManagementManage supplier PO cycles, inbound schedules, lead times, and delivery accuracyTrack supplier KPIs including fill rate and on‑time deliveryCoordinate early shipments for major seasonal periodsAlign PO volumes with commercial growth plansExpiry Reduction & FreshnessIdentify expiry risks early and develop markdown or promo actionsSet freshness standards for sensitive categoriesReport expiry and shrinkage with root‑cause analysisSystems, Data & ReportingUse ERP/WMS systems to track stock, forecasts, and inbound flowsMaintain demand/supply dashboards and KPI reportsSupport automation of forecasting and replenishment toolsRequirementsExperience in FMCG, retail, e‑commerce, or quick‑commerce supply chain planningStrong forecasting and replenishment expertiseHands‑on experience with ERP/WMS and inventory management systemsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detailExperience managing expiry‑sensitive, fast‑moving categories preferredFluent in English; Arabic is a plusDue to the high volume of applications, please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
