We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our supply chain function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating across multiple teams to ensure smooth operations.Role OverviewThe Supply Chain Coordinator will provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager, ensuring efficient logistics, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination between vendors, transporters, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & OperationsMonitor shipping and delivery activitiesCoordinate daily operational tasks with Admin and Operations teamsTrack sales orders from invoicing to final delivery to ensure full accuracyVendor & Transporter CoordinationAct as the main point of contact for transporters and shipping agentsMonitor performance and elevate service issuesSupport performance evaluation of logistics partnersInventory, Purchasing & ImportsPrepare and issue Purchase Orders based on demandCoordinate with suppliers and confirm delivery schedulesTrack inventory levels in collaboration with the commercial teamManage import orders and ensure accuracy of shipping documentationMonitor stock levels to avoid shortagesCompliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with MOH regulatory requirementsMaintain audit-ready documentation for all transactionsSupport updating process documentation and proceduresTeam SupportProvide backup support for key operational roles when neededWhat We’re Looking ForStrong coordination and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesGood communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus✨ If you’re looking to grow your career in supply chain within a dynamic and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!Apply now or reach out directly through DM to learn more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
