The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.We are looking for an experienced individual who has at least two years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. They must also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate leadership capability.The primary responsibilities include:scheduling staff shiftsmanaging staff performancecreating reports on activitiesproviding feedback to the management teamThey should also be able to analyze data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change when necessary. In addition, they should be capable of monitoring staff productivity as well as developing strategies for improving it.We offer a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month with room for growth depending on performance and experience.
