Supervisor

The Supervisor at Rentokil Boecker® is responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring service quality, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. The role supports technicians, monitors performance, and coordinates between field teams, the back office, and branch management to achieve operational target.Rentokil Boecker® Supervisor is held accountable for the below job responsibilities:Supervise field teams to ensure effective and high-quality service delivery.Conduct regular field audits to maintain service and operational standards.Oversee technician performance and support their ongoing development.Deliver onboarding and technical training for new technicians.Ensure all field activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.Coordinate communication between field teams and back-office operations.Handle client concerns by assessing service issues and recommending solutions.Plan and document initial treatment strategies for key clients.Provide regular reports and feedback on field performance to management.Participate in reviews and meetings to identify and resolve operational gaps.Oversee basic equipment maintenance where required.Minimum high school education, up to a college degree in any field (company provides training).3–5 years of experience in handling and leading teams.Supervisory experience preferred.Yearly ticket to visit home country22 vacation days per yearMedical Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
