Job Description
OverviewJOB PURPOSE: Oversee and coordinate daily operations within the Drilling & Completion Fluids (DCF) team, ensuring efficient and safe execution of fluid handling and cementing operations. Supervise field teams, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.Key AccountabilitiesJob Specific AccountabilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily operations for Drilling & Completion Fluids (DCF) activities, including fluid handling, mixing, and delivery to wellsites.Lead and manage field teams, including operators and technicians, ensuring effective execution of fluid operations and adherence to safety procedures.Monitor operational performance, including equipment efficiency, fluid properties, and job execution, and make adjustments as necessary to meet operational goals and standards.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of fluid products and services to wellsites, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory and scheduling.Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with ADNOC Drilling’s health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, promoting a safety-focused work culture.Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, coordinating with maintenance teams and technical support as needed to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.Prepare and review operational reports, including performance metrics, incident reports, and safety records, providing insights and recommendations to the Team Leader and Manager.Collaborate with the Team Leader, DCF and Manager, DCF Operations to develop and implement operational strategies, process improvements, and best practices.Provide training and development support to field personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including equipment usage, fluid inventory, and job performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & SkillsMinimum QualificationBachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills5-7 years of experience in drilling and completion fluids operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Proficiency with office computer equipment and software.Able to understand, speak, read and write English fluently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
