Supervisor, Leasing Logistics&Retail

<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We are seeking a qualified<b>Leasing Logistics Supervisor</b>to support and oversee leasing activities for a portfolio that includes<b>logistics warehouses</b>as well as<b>retail assets (offices and showrooms)</b>. The role will be responsible for identifying potential tenants, supporting lease negotiations, and contributing to the commercialization strategy of the assets while ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue generation.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support and manage leasing activities for logistics warehouses&Retail spaces, offices, showrooms.</li><li>Identify and approach potential tenants in both retail and logistics sectors.</li><li>Assist in negotiating lease terms, agreements, and commercial conditions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain leasing fact sheets, technical documents, and asset information required for tenant presentations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams including development, and project teams to ensure alignment between leasing activities and project timelines.</li><li>Maintain and update leasing pipelines and CRM or leasing management systems.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives and commercialization strategies to attract potential tenants.</li><li>Conduct market research and benchmarking within the retail and logistics real estate markets.</li><li>Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and pipeline tracking for management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>5–8 years of experience in leasing within the real estate sector.</li><li>Proven experience in leasing logistics warehouses and retail assets (offices, showrooms, or retail spaces).</li><li>Strong understanding of leasing documentation, fact sheets, and technical asset information.</li><li>Experience using leasing systems, CRM platforms, or commercial real estate tools.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple leasing opportunities simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</li><li>Saudi nationality required.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of the logistics and industrial real estate market in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Ability to support leasing strategies and tenant mix planning.</li><li>Understanding of commercial analysis and leasing revenue structures.</li><li>Experience dealing with logistics operators, 3PL companies, and retail tenants.</li><li>Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
