Supervisor Fleet Operations

About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day vehicle fleet operations. Reporting to the Fleet Manager you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle schedules overseeing maintenance and repairs supervising drivers and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on fleet experience a strong sense of accountability and the ability to manage operational tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing daily fleet operations dispatching and scheduling of vehiclesSupervise a team of drivers and ensure adherence to assigned routes and company policiesMonitor fuel usage vehicle logs and maintenance recordsCoordinate minor repairs regular servicing and insurance renewalsEnsure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standardsMaintain accurate documentation for fleet compliance and reportingSupport the Fleet Manager in cost‑control and efficiency improvement effortsRespond to roadside emergencies and arrange alternate transportation as neededSkills & Competencies:Strong coordination and team supervision abilitiesSound knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics and fleet safety practicesProficient in using fleet tracking software and reporting toolsExcellent problem‑solving and time‑management skillsEffective communicator with a hands‑on approachQualifications:Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics Transport Management or related fieldMinimum 24 years of experience in fleet supervision or logistics operationsValid UAE driving license is requiredFamiliarity with fleet software (e.g. Fleet Complete Teletrac) is an advantageWorking knowledge of UAE traffic and transportation regulations#J-18808-Ljbffr
