Supervisor - Civil

Education/Qualifications2 year ITI is must.3 year Diploma is a desirable.Certification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Skills/Competencies/ Experience7 9 years relevant experience.People Management Skills problem solving skills and delegation skills.Numerical Ability Result Orientation and Planning & Organizing skills.Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.Responsible to organise and execute the works within the purview of the designated area of the operations to ensure smooth operation of all Civil Engineering Services meeting complete satisfaction of Clients & End users.Coordinate and control day to day operation of the workshop / jobsite under instruction from the supervisorExecute scheduled maintenance & repair works of all Civil Engineering Services including masonry carpentry painting roofing & infrastructure services within the assigned operational area.Prepare daily job allocations for the reporting team and sent to Operations on previous day for next days schedulingOrganize required parts & materials and arrange to deliver to worksite on timeProvide handson support for major rectification works when requiredComplete daily work orders and submit to Supervisor for verification / approval as requiredSubmit days progress summary report to SupervisorSubmit actual daily time allocation sheets of reporting staff to operations for MAXIMO entriesResponsible for cleanliness of vehicles coordinating and submitting daily vehicle log sheets of assigned vehicles to AdminPrepare cost estimates for variation works when requiredAttend 24/7 standby duty as per duty rosterCarry out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAEAssist in condition surveys / snagging works of all Civil Engineering Services when requiredComply with companies EHS & Q regulationsGuidance and mentoring of all direct reportsLiaise with clients end users suppliers & contractors as required in the of Imdaad service contractsCarry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to timeDeputize for the Supervisor in his absence and/or when requiredRequired Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
