Supervisor - AVL

OverviewThe Supervisor - AVL (Audio, Video, and Lighting) is responsible for overseeing the audiovisual and lighting systems throughout Aquarabia Qiddiya City. This role ensures that all AVL installations and operations contribute to an enhanced guest experience while meeting operational standards. Ensure that all systems are fully operational for events and daily attractions.Event CoordinationAssist in planning and executing events that require AVL support. Work closely with event organizers to meet their technical requirements and ensure seamless presentations.Safety and ComplianceEnsure that all AVL installations and operations comply with safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to minimize risks.Team LeadershipLead and mentor a team of AVL technicians, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and operational effectiveness.Troubleshooting and RepairsQuickly troubleshoot and resolve issues with AVL equipment during events and day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience.Inventory ManagementManage inventory of AVL equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for smooth operations.Data ReportingCollect and analyze performance data of AVL systems and processes, preparing reports to identify trends and recommend improvements for future operations.Additionally - Adhere to all responsibilities and performance expectations of the Supervisor - AVL role.EducationHigh School Certification; a degree or diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Theater Production, or a related field is preferred.ExperienceProven experience managing AVL operations in a theme park, entertainment venue, or similar environment.
