Job Description

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Supervisor - Attraction Operations is responsible for ensuring smooth daily Attraction Operations. This position will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences.Job DutiesComply with Qiddiya’s code of conduct and ethics.Promote the Qiddiya vision, mission, values and model desired behaviors.Promote Qiddiya and spread its culture.Commit to Qiddiya’s rules and regulations.Perform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of organizational goals.Share with team know-how and encourage their development.Supervise and support attraction staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.Ensure that assigned attractions are operating smoothly and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of safety and guest satisfaction.Staff development, coaching, guidance, and monitoring job performance.Under the direction of the management, may be responsible for scheduling, coaching, contributing to performance reviews, observing, and providing feedback on compliance to company policies such as attendance and wardrobe and grooming.Available in the area to deal with crowd control or Guest issues as well as to handle area issues as they surface.Observe employees and provide feedback to management on counseling issues, reward potential, and performance reviews.Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well‑being of guests and staff.Lead and assist with all opening procedures in designated areas, and ensure that the areas have been properly cleaned, inspected, and checked out in the morning before park opening.Complete end of day procedures with the team and communicate with area lead when the area needs specific attention, informing of any irregularities that need to be taken care of before next day opening.Communicate any faults, safety issues or staffing problems to management.Monitor attraction performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Support the team in all aspects of Rides & Attractions experience; managing fast pass, special requests, and VIP services as required.Enforce all park policies, procedures and maintain all Six Flags standards.Maintain consistency with department goals for quality, safety, and efficiency.All other duties as assigned.EducationHigh School Certification.Business management certificates is preferred.Experience0-2 years of operation in a supervisory role within an amusement park or similar industry.SkillsStrong problem‑solving skills.Ability to lead and train Team Leaders and Team Members.Good interpersonal and communication skills working with Guests and Team Members.Strong interest in looking at operational details and work with all levels of ages, nationalities, and gender.Ability to work under pressure and independently.Core CompetenciesSelf‑Actualization & Fulfilment: Proficiency Level – ADVANCEDTeam Synergy & Development: Proficiency Level – ADVANCEDEntrepreneurial Mindset & Drive: Proficiency Level – ADVANCEDBusiness Acumen & Diligence: Proficiency Level – ADVANCED#J-18808-Ljbffr
