Supervisor (Arabic Speaker) - Al Ain

A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor. Some of the key responsibilities would be as follows:Overseeing the successful operation of the restaurant by leading and developing the team, ensuring a high standard is implemented throughoutWorking closely with the host/hostess to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and support them during busy periodsMaintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashionEstablish a close working relationship with the kitchen and liaise with the chef about menu changes and menu presentationsEnsures that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of serviceControls food and beverage inventory and maintains the stockTo be considered for this role, you will possess at least 2-3 years' of full-service restaurant management preferably in the UAE.#J-18808-Ljbffr
