SuccessFactors Consultant - Talent Modules - 6 Months contract

Müller's Solutions is looking for a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in the Talent Module, including Recruitment Marketing (RMK), Learning Management System (LMS), and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the talent management solutions for our diverse clientele.As a SuccessFactors Consultant focusing on the Talent Module, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their talent management needs, customize solutions, and drive user adoption, ensuring that they can effectively harness the full capabilities of the SuccessFactors platform.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to gather requirements and analyze their talent management processes across RMK, LMS, PMGM, and related modulesImplement and configure SuccessFactors talent management solutions tailored to client specifications and industry standardsProvide expert guidance on best practices for recruitment marketing, learning management, and performance & goals strategiesConduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Talent Module by end-usersPerform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to maintain system integrity and performanceKeep abreast of industry trends, updates, and changes in talent management practicesWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third‑party applicationsRequirementsMinimum of 3‑5 years of experience in implementing SuccessFactors modules with a focus on Talent Management (RMK, LMS, PMGM)In-depth knowledge of talent management processes and best practicesExperience in configuring and optimizing Recruitment Marketing, Learning Management System, and Performance & Goals Management functionalitiesProven ability to conduct effective training and change management for end-usersStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and collaborationAbility to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyRelevant SuccessFactors certifications in Talent Management modules are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
