Subsea Pipeline Pre-Commissioning Supervisor

Here are your responsibilitiesSupervise the execution of subsea pipeline pre-commissioning operations offshore and onshore.Ensure mobilization, testing, and safe operation of pre-commissioning spreads.Coordinate with technicians, operators, mechanics, subcontractors, engineers, and client representatives.Monitor parameters such as pressure, flowrate, temperature, and chemical injection, ensuring accurate logging and reporting.Verify readiness of equipment, consumables, and chemicals for each activity.Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with PTW, HSE regulations, and company policies.Prepare onsite operational reports and compile dossiers including test records, calibration certificates, and reports.Report progress, deviations, and propose solutions to pre-commissioning engineers.Lead troubleshooting during anomalies or equipment issues.What are we looking forEducation: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Offshore, or Pipeline Engineering (or equivalent).Background: Minimum 8 years of offshore pipeline pre-commissioning experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Languages: Strong communication skills in English.Technical Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of DNV-ST-F101, API standards, and other relevant international codes.Strong technical understanding of pre-commissioning equipment (suction pumps, flooding pumps, chemical injection units, compressors, air dryers).Proven ability to manage large teams (30+ personnel) during pre-commissioning phases.Familiarity with QE LNG project specifications and offshore operating practices highly preferred.What can we offer to youTemporary Contract – Project Based PositionOne Saipem Way soft skills model: fostering career growth, innovation, collaboration, and continuous developmentAdditional InformationYour opinion helps us grow every day!
