Subject Matter Expert (SME)

<div><p>We are seeking highly experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the energy sector to provide strategic advisory support on regulatory frameworks, sector reforms, and large-scale energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in policy development, regulatory environments, and cross-sector collaboration.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Provide strategic advisory on energy sector policies, regulations, and reforms.</p><p>Contribute to the development and review of national regulatory frameworks.</p><p>Support large-scale infrastructure and transformation projects within the energy sector.</p><p>Conduct international benchmarking and recommend best practices.</p><p>Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including government entities and regulatory bodies.</p><p>Offer insights on the UAE energy regulatory landscape and market dynamics.</p><p>Qualifications&Experience:</p><p>Minimum 20+ years of experience in oil&gas, petroleum products, gas regulation, or energy sector strategy.</p><p>Proven experience in policy formulation, regulatory frameworks, and sector reforms.</p><p>Strong exposure to large-scale infrastructure or national-level projects.</p><p>Demonstrated ability in cross-agency coordination and stakeholder management.</p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><p>Experience working with or advising government regulators or energy authorities.</p><p>Background with entities such as DoE, ADNOC, ADNOC Distribution, DMT, or international regulatory bodies.</p><p>Experience in international consulting firms or advisory roles is a strong plus</p><p>Key Competencies:</p><p>Strategic thinking and advisory capabilities</p><p>Strong understanding of regulatory and policy environments</p><p>Stakeholder management and communication skills</p><p>Analytical and benchmarking expertise</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
