Student Recruitment Officer

OverviewStudent Recruitment Officer at Canadian University Dubai (CUD) in the Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Department and Advancement Office. In this role, you’ll support the university’s recruitment strategy by engaging with prospective students, developing school partnerships, and delivering outreach and recruitment activities. If you are a strong communicator, a team player, and have a solid understanding of student engagement, you are invited to contribute to CUD’s growing community.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct school visits and presentations to promote CUD programs and values.Organize and lead campus tours for prospective students and their families.Build and maintain relationships with school counselors and academic decision-makers.Represent CUD at education fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events across the UAE.Use Oracle CRM to manage leads, track performance, and execute targeted communications.Follow up with prospective students and admitted-not-registered applicants to support enrollment.Assist in planning and executing Open House events and campus-based recruitment activities.Provide regular recruitment performance updates and reports to the management team.Qualifications & ExperienceA Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, or relevant specialization.2–3 years of experience in student recruitment, outreach, or a related role in higher education.Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is essential.
