Student Recruitment Manager

The American University in the Emirates (AUE) is seeking an outstanding Student Recruitment Manager.The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving inquiries, complaints, and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while maintaining the University’s reputation for excellent service. The role requires actively listening to students, empathizing with their challenges, and providing timely and effective solutions.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the university student recruitment field and must be presentable with a professional appearance.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesPropose and implement recruitment strategiesManage resources for student recruitmentLiaise with colleges and other AUE departments in implementing recruitment initiativesAssist in formulating annual recruitment targetsEnsure achievement of student recruitment targetsOversee the day-to-day activities and management of recruitment channels and networksConduct visits to institutions and entities for recruitment purposesPlan and execute promotional activities such as Open Days, Fairs, and ExhibitionsMaintain up-to-date records of student recruitment activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key institutions in the UAE for recruitment purposesCompetencies and Skills NeededPresentable with a professional appearanceStrong ability to address and resolve student concerns with empathy and professionalismKnowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies (P2P, B2B, Online, and Traditional Media)Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in both Arabic and EnglishProven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationshipsSolid understanding of the UAE higher education sectorFamiliarity with CRM system for student managementMA or BA in Marketing or a relevant field, plus substantial relevant experienceAbout American University in the Emirates (AUE):The American University in the Emirates (AUE) invites applications from well-qualified candidates for a range of faculty and administrative positions.
