<div><h3>Your profile</h3><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Strong conflict resolution skills</li><li>Excellent written and spoken languages skills in English and Arabic</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment</li><li>Excellent service skills</li><li>Demonstrated organizational experience in running events, such as welcome days or new student orientation</li><li>Demonstrated skills in the initiative in problem-solving and taking proactive action in addressing student problems</li><li>1-3 Years of Experience in the student services field or comparative field; Completion of a commercial apprenticeship; Demonstrated practical experience in service: ie hotel industry, customer-oriented administration and/or higher education</li></ul><h3>Why us?</h3><ul><li>Opportunity to work with a great team in a dynamic and international environment</li><li>Preventive and after-care health care options</li><li>30 days of vacation</li><li>Various online language courses and opportunities to participate in online collaboration courses.</li><li>Numerous campus events from the fields of art, culture, business and science</li><li>Opportunity to develop and implement new ideas and concept</li></ul><h3>Your Responsibilities</h3><ol><li>Student Enrollment&Records Management<ul><li>Enroll students for new intakes and maintain accurate data.</li><li>Issue official student documents (enrollment letters, supporting documents, confirmations, etc.).</li><li>Process campus transfers from Dubai to Germany.</li><li>Carry out program/specialization changes with appropriate approvals.</li><li>Process leave of absence requests and student contract cancellations.</li><li>Issue and hand over student ID cards.</li><li>Maintain student records on CampusNet and the KHDA portal.</li><li>Collaborate with Student Finance, accept payments, and update payment trackers regularly.</li><li>Conduct quarterly checks of student finance records to ensure accuracy.</li></ul></li><li>Student and Academic Support&Frontline Services<ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for students requiring assistance and guidance.</li><li>Provide effective support both in-person and through multiple communication channels.</li><li>Manage student wellness appointments.</li><li>Guide students to relevant internal services (IT, finance, academic support, visa, etc.).</li><li>Conduct outreach to students identified at risk and provide appropriate referrals for retention.</li><li>Maintain updated knowledge of all support services available on campus.</li><li>Provide support to academics as per their requirements.</li></ul></li><li>Student Engagement&Campus Life<ul><li>Plan and execute student activities such as Orientation Week, Freshers’ Party, Awareness Days, and social events including vendor selection.</li><li>Manage and support student clubs and engagement initiatives.</li><li>Oversee and support the Student Council, including training of student mentors.</li><li>Conduct campus tours for prospective students and visitors.</li><li>Assist at student recruitment fairs such as GETEX.</li></ul></li><li>Events&External Coordination<ul><li>Assist with planning and executing on-campus external events, ensuring manpower, administrative, IT, and logistics support.</li><li>Manage visitor parking validation through the DWTC portal.</li><li>Ensuring and submitting all required visitor documents to the DWTC security prior to internal and external events on Campus.</li></ul></li><li>Administrative, IT&Facilities Support<ul><li>Coordinate campus IT requirements and work with the IT team for issue resolution.</li><li>Support Facilities Management with daily operational needs.</li><li>Monitor and restock vending machine supplies and campus office supplies.</li><li>Oversee housekeeping to ensure a clean and presentable campus environment.</li><li>Assist with onboarding new adjunct and full-time faculty.</li></ul></li><li>Examination Management<ul><li>Coordinate and plan all examinations in collaboration with the Examination Office (EO) in Germany.</li><li>Manage the technical setup and execution of digital and on-site and/or online examinations.</li><li>Review examination rules and regulations.</li></ul></li><li>Class Scheduling&Academic Timetabling<ul><li>Coordinate closely with the scheduling team in Germany.</li><li>Support timetable planning and tracking of teaching units.</li><li>Develop and implement room occupancy plans for all events.</li><li>Evaluate and improve effective use of campus space.</li></ul></li><li>Continuous Improvement&Reporting<ul><li>Maintain updated knowledge of policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide feedback and suggestions for improving academic and student service environments.</li><li>Contribute to process optimization across all service areas.</li></ul></li></ol></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
