We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented immediately available Structural Inspector Site to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through comprehensive onsite inspections and evaluations.Conduct thorough onsite inspections of structural elements in building projects throughout DubaiVerify compliance with local building codes regulations and approved plans specific to Dubai and the UAEIdentify structural defects safety hazards and noncompliant work with a keen analytical eyePrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records using efficient data management systemsReview and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precisionProvide wellreasoned recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.Stay updated on local building codes international standards and industry best practicesParticipate in project meetings and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholdersOrganize and prioritize multiple inspection tasks to meet project deadlinesExperience in both Concrete construction and Steel Construction is preferred. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in structural inspection or a related fieldknowledge of regulations particularly those specific to Dubai and the UAEProficiency in structural inspection techniques and methodologiesStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawingsExtensive knowledge of construction materials and methodsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer skills for efficient report writing and data managementComprehensive understanding of structural engineering principles and practicesStrong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detailAbility to work efficiently and stay organized in a fastpaced environmentWillingness to work onsite and travel to various project locations in DubaiFamiliarity with international structural inspection standardsAdaptability to changing project requirements and construction environmentsRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Fulltime Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,Impromptu,Access,C#,Document Control Management,Financial Planning Experience: years Vacancy: 1
