We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Structural Inspector - Site to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through on-site inspections and evaluations.Conduct thorough on-site inspections of structural elements in buildings projectsVerify compliance with local building codes regulations and approved plansIdentify structural defects safety hazards and non-compliant workPrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to address structural issuesReview and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specificationsUtilize inspection equipment and tools to assess structural integrityProvide recommendations for corrective actions when necessaryStay updated on local building codes and industry best practicesParticipate in project meetings and communicate findings to relevant stakeholdersQualifications : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in structural inspection or related field with 3 years minimum consultancy experience.In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations particularly in Abu Dhabi and the UAEProficiency in structural inspection techniques and methodologiesStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExtensive knowledge of construction materials and methodsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in using inspection equipment and toolsComputer skills for report writing and data managementUnderstanding of structural engineering principles and practicesDetail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations in Abu DhabiRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,Impromptu,Access,C#,Document Control Management,Financial Planning Experience: years Vacancy: 1
