Our teams work across multidisciplinary and complex urban developments, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and client partnership.## ## Position Summary:## Robert Bird Group is seeking Expressions of Interest for Structural Engineering professionals across multiple seniority levels to support ongoing and upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia.## ## These roles will focus on the design and delivery of building structures, including high-rise, mixed-use, and complex developments, aligned with major development programs under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.## ## We are building a strong pipeline of talent across multiple levels:* ## Principal Structural Engineer* ## Senior Structural Engineer* ## Design Structural Engineer## ## Key Responsibilities:## ## Principal Structural Engineer:* ## Lead structural design delivery for complex and high-profile building projects* ## Provide technical leadership and strategic input across projects* ## Manage client relationships and act as a key technical advisor* ## Oversee multidisciplinary coordination and ensure integration across design teams* ## Drive innovation, digital delivery, and technical excellence* ## Mentor and develop engineering teams## ## Senior Structural Engineer:* ## Deliver structural design for buildings from concept through to detailed design* ## Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams* ## Perform analysis, design calculations, and technical reviews* ## Support project delivery, timelines, and quality standards* ## Assist in mentoring junior engineers## ## Design Structural Engineer:* ## Support structural design and analysis under supervision* ## Prepare calculations, reports, and design documentation* ## Assist in developing structural models and drawings* ## Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery## ## Key Requirements:* ## Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering* ## Proven experience in building structural design (high-rise, commercial, mixed-use, or complex structures)* ## Strong knowledge of international design codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, BS)* ## Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSA* ## Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Revit)* ## Strong communication and coordination skills## ## For senior roles:* ## Demonstrated leadership in project delivery* ## Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience* ## Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects## ## Join a global, multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable and innovative built environments across 40+ countries.
