These roles will focus on the design and delivery of building structures, including high‑rise, mixed‑use, and complex developments, aligned with major development programs under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.Principal Structural EngineerLead structural design delivery for complex and high‑profile building projectsProvide technical leadership and strategic input across projectsManage client relationships and act as a key technical advisorOversee multidisciplinary coordination and ensure integration across design teamsDrive innovation, digital delivery, and technical excellenceMentor and develop engineering teamsSenior Structural EngineerDeliver structural design for buildings from concept through to detailed designCoordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teamsPerform analysis, design calculations, and technical reviewsSupport project delivery, timelines, and quality standardsAssist in mentoring junior engineersDesign Structural EngineerSupport structural design and analysis under supervisionPrepare calculations, reports, and design documentationAssist in developing structural models and drawingsCoordinate with internal teams to support project deliveryKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural EngineeringProven experience in building structural design (high‑rise, commercial, mixed‑use, or complex structures)Strong knowledge of international design codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, BS)Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSAProficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Revit)Strong communication and coordination skillsFor Senior RolesDemonstrated leadership in project deliveryStrong client‑facing and stakeholder management experienceAbility to lead teams and manage multiple projectsWhy Join RBG?Join a global, multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable and innovative built environments across 40+ countries.
