These roles will focus on the design and delivery of building structures, including high‑rise, mixed‑use, and complex developments, aligned with major development programs under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.</p><h3>Principal Structural Engineer</h3><ul><li>Lead structural design delivery for complex and high‑profile building projects</li><li>Provide technical leadership and strategic input across projects</li><li>Manage client relationships and act as a key technical advisor</li><li>Oversee multidisciplinary coordination and ensure integration across design teams</li><li>Drive innovation, digital delivery, and technical excellence</li><li>Mentor and develop engineering teams</li></ul><h3>Senior Structural Engineer</h3><ul><li>Deliver structural design for buildings from concept through to detailed design</li><li>Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Perform analysis, design calculations, and technical reviews</li><li>Support project delivery, timelines, and quality standards</li><li>Assist in mentoring junior engineers</li></ul><h3>Design Structural Engineer</h3><ul><li>Support structural design and analysis under supervision</li><li>Prepare calculations, reports, and design documentation</li><li>Assist in developing structural models and drawings</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering</li><li>Proven experience in building structural design (high‑rise, commercial, mixed‑use, or complex structures)</li><li>Strong knowledge of international design codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, BS)</li><li>Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSA</li><li>Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Revit)</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li></ul><h3>For Senior Roles</h3><ul><li>Demonstrated leadership in project delivery</li><li>Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management experience</li><li>Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects</li></ul><h3>Why Join RBG?</h3><p>Join a global, multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable and innovative built environments across 40+ countries.
