Structural Engineer

The person over all in charge for project management, Inspection and execution in implementation and supervision.KEY OBJECTIVESOverall works in rendering engineering and construction in the field of finishing, Civil/Structural and Infrastructure Projects (high-rise commercial building, bridge, tunnel/underpass and road). Site supervision upon the construction and coordination with all discipline.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESVisit and inspect the current fast-track projects in Dubai /other Emirates to ensure project technical specification is strictly followed according to the contract and drawings.To proactively evaluate and remedy any site based coordination and Quality issues with the contractor and in consultation with company Designers.To prepare and submit to Senior Project Manager / Designers a fortnightly progress reports for the works.To ensure the contract program, issue NCR’s as necessary and follow-up with a time-bound compliance by the contractor.Visit various precast plant / workshops on regular basis to review / inspect signoff concrete element productions / castings / dispatch etc. along with the main contractors QA / QC Eng to ensure quality and timely production delivery to site.Liaising with the authorities to achieve structural approvals for project submissionsSite visit & coordination to ensure designs are implemented correctlyReview of shop drawings, material submittals, etc for ensuring successful site-progress for structure.Detailed knowledge of international design codes and their local applicationEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor of Engineering (BE) or Masters Degree (ME) in civil engineering from a recognized university.Minimum 5 up to 7 years of local experience as related to In-site and precast construction, QA / QC inspections and management of activities on site.Must have Dubai Municipality Registration.Must have valid UAE driving license in view of the site based nature of duties.Must possess precast concrete construction experience with practical knowledge of QA / QC Inspections and audits.Must be energetic with team-spirit and a ‘hands-on’ approach.Must have valid NOC from current employer.About The CompanyWelcome to a new world of Recruitment, our aim is simple, to extend the geographical boundaries of the recruitment industry to enable you to recruit the most highly qualified professionals your company deserves.#J-18808-Ljbffr
