STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate reinforcement detailing drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) using CADS RC (or similar software).Extract rebar details from Issued for Tender (IFT) and Issued for Construction (IFC) structural drawings.Generate bar marks lengths shapes and quantities clearly in line with project requirements.Ensure drawings and schedules comply with relevant codes and standards (BS ACI or equivalent).Maintain compliance with client specifications site-specific requirements and project QA/QC standards.Coordinate with structural engineers and site teams to resolve discrepancies and provide clarifications.Update and maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission of deliverables.Key QualificationsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman in the UAE/GCC.Proficiency in CADS RC (or similar BBS software) and AutoCAD.Able to generate Bar Bending Schedules with clear bar marks lengths shapes and quantitiesStrong knowledge of reinforcement detailing and international standards (BS ACI etc.).Ability to read and interpret IFT/IFC structural drawings accurately.Attention to detail accuracy and ability to work under tight deadlines.Candidates currently in the UAE with immediate availability are highly preferred.Vertical: Digital Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
