With a strong commitment to quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, Azizi focuses on building world‑class developments that reflect excellence in construction standards and design.We are currently seeking a skilled Structural Draftsman to join our engineering team and support the preparation of accurate structural drawings for high‑rise residential and mixed‑use developments.Role DescriptionTo prepare detailed structural drawings and shop drawings based on engineering designs and project requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and coordination with other disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed structural drawings and shop drawings based on design inputs from structural engineers.Develop reinforcement detailing drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, and structural elements.Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and civil teams to ensure drawings are aligned across disciplines.Review and revise drawings as per engineer comments, consultant feedback, and site requirements.Prepare as‑built drawings reflecting actual site execution.Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, Dubai authority regulations, and company standards.Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.Support the engineering team during design reviews, coordination meetings, and technical clarifications.Ensure drawings are completed within project timelines to support construction activities.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman in construction or engineering consultancy.Experience working on high‑rise residential or commercial projects.Strong knowledge of structural detailing and reinforcement drawings.Experience working in UAE/GCC construction projects is preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD for structural drafting.Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an advantage.Strong understanding of structural reinforcement detailing.Attention to detail and drawing accuracy.Good coordination and communication skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and multiple drawing revisions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
