Contract Type12mths Contractor (with potential for renewal; not guaranteed)Salaryupto AED 38000 plus visa and medicalAbout the OrganisationThis role sits within a leading global payments consulting practice, combining deep expertise in payments, data analytics, and strategy to help financial institutions, merchants, and large brands accelerate growth, strengthen performance, and optimize customer engagement.Role OverviewWe are seeking a high‑performing Consultant to support and lead consulting engagements for a major brand in the GCC and its co‑brand issuing bank partners.As a core delivery lead, you will work closely with senior consulting leaders and data analytics teams to deliver high‑impact, insight‑driven work. You will manage project workstreams, structure problem‑solving, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure excellence across multiple initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesConsulting Delivery & Project ManagementDrive end‑to‑end delivery of assigned consulting workstreams across strategy, performance improvement, and analytics‑focused initiatives.Break down complex, ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical frameworks.Translate data‑driven insights into actionable commercial recommendations.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional coordination.Deliver high‑quality client‑ready presentations, storylines, and executive summaries.Client & Partner EngagementAct as the day‑to‑day client interface for a major GCC brand and its banking partners.Facilitate workshops, hypothesis discussions, and progress reviews with stakeholders.Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.Coordinate across multiple parties including banks, airlines, and internal teams.Collaboration with Data & Analytics TeamsPartner with Data Scientists to shape analytical questions and interpret findings.Convert advanced analytics outputs into practical business strategies and solutions.Ensure analytical work aligns with broader consulting objectives.Internal ContributionSupport senior leaders in refining project scope and direction as engagements evolve.Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and effort estimation.Apply established consulting methodologies and best practices to regional engagements.Required Qualifications & ExperienceProfessional Experience4–7 years in management consulting, strategy, analytics consulting, or similar roles.Proven experience leading workstreams and interfacing directly with clients.Exposure to payments, financial services, loyalty, travel, airlines, or co‑brand programs is a strong plus.Skills & CapabilitiesStrong structured problem‑solving and analytical thinking.Excellent presentation building and storytelling skills (PowerPoint).Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.Commercial mindset with the ability to link analytics to real business outcomes.EducationBachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
