EC Markets is seeking a high-potential professional to join the Head Office as a Business Development & Strategy Associate, reporting directly to senior leadership. This position is designed for individuals seeking meaningful responsibility and accelerated development. It is not an administrative or support role. Instead, it offers direct exposure to senior business operations and is intended as a long-term investment in future leadership capability.About the RoleThis role is designed as a leadership pipeline position. The successful candidate will be immersed in core business activities including market expansion, partner coordination, strategic research, and execution of management initiatives. The position requires autonomy, adaptability, and the ability to deliver outcomes in environments with evolving or incomplete information.ResponsibilitiesTranslate high-level concepts and strategic discussions into structured, executable action plansConduct rapid and accurate research on:Regulatory and compliance considerationsCoordinate and follow up with internal teams, external partners, agents, and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and time zonesPrepare business documentation, including:Internal briefing papersBusiness proposalsManagement presentations and reportsSupport senior leadership in time-sensitive initiatives, with an expectation of prompt execution following strategic discussionsQualificationsApplicants must meet all of the following requirements:Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex business environments, particularly in financial services, trading, or cross-border operationsProven capacity for self-directed learning and problem-solvingExecution & AccountabilityAbility to deconstruct ambiguous objectives into actionable stepsStrong results orientation with a demonstrated track record of ownership and follow-throughProfessional English Proficiency (Mandatory)Full professional working proficiency in EnglishAbility to independently draft emails, prepare presentations, and communicate with international stakeholdersResilience & DriveAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentWillingness to coordinate across time zones and manage peak workloads when requiredPreferred SkillsInternational exposure or experience in Southeast Asia (e.g., Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia)Experience in startup, scale-up, or early-stage business environmentsPrior exposure to business development, sales, marketing, operations, or strategy rolesInterest in financial markets, trading, or cross-border business modelsPay range and compensation packageCompetitive base salary, commensurate with experience and capabilityPerformance-based incentives for high performers, which may include:Performance bonusesLong-term management or profit-sharing incentives (subject to eligibility and performance criteria)#J-18808-Ljbffr
