Strategy & Business Development Manager (Leadership Track)

EC Markets is seeking a high-potential professional to join the Head Office as a Business Development & Strategy Associate, reporting directly to senior leadership. This position is designed for individuals seeking meaningful responsibility and accelerated development. It is not an administrative or support role. Instead, it offers direct exposure to senior business operations and is intended as a long-term investment in future leadership capability.About the RoleThis role is designed as a leadership pipeline position. The successful candidate will be immersed in core business activities including market expansion, partner coordination, strategic research, and execution of management initiatives.
