<p>Our Client:<br><br>Our client are seeking a HRBP to join their team. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Factory acts as the primary HR point of contact for the manufacturing facility, supporting both white-collar professionals and blue-collar factory employees.<br><br>The role partners closely with factory leadership to ensure effective workforce management, employee relations, compliance with UAE labour regulations, and alignment with our client's business objectives.<br><br>The HRBP plays a critical role in manpower planning, employee engagement, policy implementation, and performance management, while ensuring a productive, compliant, and positive workplace environment within the factory.<br><br>Your Responsibilities:<br><br>HR Business Partnering<br><br><ul><li>Act as the main HR point of contact for factory leadership and department heads.</li><li>Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce matters.</li><li>Support the alignment of HR initiatives with operational objectives within the manufacturing environment.<br><br></li></ul>Employee Relations&UAE Labour Law Compliance<br><br><ul><li>Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.</li><li>Provide guidance to management and employees on UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.</li><li>Promote a respectful and compliant workplace while minimizing employee grievances and operational disruptions.<br><br></li></ul>Manpower Planning&Workforce Management<br><br><ul><li>Support factory manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels aligned with operational needs.</li><li>Assist in company-wide manpower planning initiatives in coordination with HR leadership and department heads.</li><li>Monitor workforce requirements including blue-collar and technical roles to support factory operations.<br><br></li></ul>Recruitment&Talent Acquisition<br><br><ul><li>Identify staffing needs within the factory and source suitable candidates.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders and hiring managers.</li><li>Support recruitment efforts to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent for both technical and operational roles.<br><br></li></ul>Onboarding&Employee Integration<br><br><ul><li>Manage the onboarding process for new joiners in the factory.</li><li>Coordinate with the PRO agency for visa and labour processes.</li><li>Work closely with line managers to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.<br><br></li></ul>Performance Management<br><br><ul><li>Coordinate with managers and HR leadership to ensure performance appraisals are conducted within the defined timelines.</li><li>Support managers in setting performance goals and evaluating employee performance.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on performance reviews.<br><br></li></ul>Policies&HR Compliance<br><br><ul><li>Support the development, implementation, and amendment of HR policies to ensure applicability within the factory environment.</li><li>Ensure employees and managers are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.<br><br></li></ul>Health&Safety Coordination<br><br><ul><li>Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure mandatory health and safety trainings are completed by factory employees.</li><li>Support initiatives that reinforce a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.<br><br></li></ul>Employee Engagement&Workplace Culture<br><br><ul><li>Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives within the factory to foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Support initiatives that strengthen teamwork, morale, and employee satisfaction across the workforce.<br><br></li></ul>Your Qualifications:<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage.</li><li>5+ years of HR experience with a minimum of 2 years as HRBP in UAE, preferably within manufacturing, IT industry.</li><li>Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforce.</li><li>Strong experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.</li><li>Experience in workforce planning and factory HR operations.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to work closely with operational leaders and manage multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills<br><br></li></ul>Halian Group:<br><br>With over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.<br><br>Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrow’s potential.
